Description

The ETOTREAT 90 mg Tablet is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) containing Etoricoxib. It is primarily used to relieve moderate pain, swelling, and inflammation associated with various joint conditions and after certain surgeries.
Active Ingredient: Etoricoxib (90 mg). In some formulations, it may be combined with Thiocolchicoside, a muscle relaxant.
Therapeutic Class: Pain Analgesic, selective COX-2 inhibitor.
Mechanism of Action: It works by blocking the production of chemical messengers (prostaglandins) in the body that are responsible for causing pain and inflammation. Unlike some other NSAIDs, it has a minimal impact on the stomach's protective lining.
