Description

Foracort 200 Rotacaps, manufactured by Cipla Ltd, is a combination inhalation medication used for the long-term management of asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) in adults and children above 6 years of age.
Composition and Mechanism
Each Rotacap contains a blend of two active ingredients that work together to ease breathing:
Budesonide (200 mcg): A corticosteroid that reduces inflammation, swelling, and irritation in the airways.
Formoterol Fumarate (6 mcg): A long-acting bronchodilator (LABA) that relaxes the muscles in the airways to keep them open for an extended period.
